Modulator

So I've been looking at the Discogs site at all of the Air releases and there's one song I've never heard or seen before. It's called 'Modulator' and it's only on a compilation album called "Hard Times: The Seasons - Green". My guess is it's a corruption of the spelling for 'Modulor Mix'. Does anyone know about this song?
